Last Month at Disneyland/in Quarantine: March 2020

I only managed a couple of trips to the parks in March, and of course, spent the last half of the month in quarantine, so I don’t really have a ton of happs from Disneyland in March. But life-and regularly scheduled blog posts-must go on! So here is what happened last month at Disneyland and in quarantine:

This damn song is stuck in my head just from posting this picture. We got to see Magic Happens on one of our last visits to the park before shutdown. I’m interested to see if they bring this one back in its original form (seemed like there were lots of technical difficulties) or if during the shutdown they decide to make some changes. Only time will tell!

I think this was my last visit before the parks closed up shop. It was a fun day because I got to hang with my Pitch Wars mentor, Suzanne, but of course, it rained like crazy, which put a damper on things (pun intended). Suzanne’s book, The Perfect Escape, is available now, go buy it!

Ah, the beginning of quarantine. When I thought it would only last a couple of weeks, and in the meantime, I would be able to get so much work done. LOL.

Aside from all the alcohol, this has been the best quarantine purchase I’ve made. This espresso machine was $60, is super easy to use, and I have been making some bomb ass lattes.

While my reading time definitely hasn’t increased (hello, child), I’ve definitely been relying on my favorite romances to help get me through. HEAs are especially important right now!

I’m trying to continually remind myself of this phrase. Finding joy is not always easy right now, but it’s essential. I’m trying to find some small amount of joy every single day! If you want a printable of this very important phrase, you can find one here.

Not entirely sure what the month of April is going to bring us, but keep hanging in there friends. Stay safe and stay home!
