Last Month at Disneyland: November 2019
I can’t believe we’re already looking back on November 2019. WHERE DID THIS YEAR GO? It’s almost time for a slew of gift guides and best of lists, but for today, let’s just focus on all the goodness of Disneyland in November, shall we?
I mean, just prepare yourselves now, pretty much everything in this post is food related. Because it’s the holidays and that’s how we roll. Festival of Holidays kicked off at the beginning of the month, and I was excited, but not going to lie, I haven’t spent a ton of time there since the first day. *shrug*
Tis the season for all the churros! I still have quite a few to try because there are eight thousand specialty churros this holiday season, but so far, they have all been delicious!
Look, a non food pic! I happened to be strolling by Carthay in the most perfect lighting and I just love how this photo came out.
If you follow any Disneyland people on Instagram, I’m sure you’ve seen this shake seven hundred times already, but I feel like this cannot be said enough: this shake is damn delicious. It’s the churro shake from Schmoozies and hot damn. It’s incredibly sweet, but so so tasty.
Shakes are great, but I never say no to a Moscow Mule, so of course I was all over the Mistletoe Mule, available at the Hollywood Lounge (near Monsters Inc). It’s a traditional mule with a dash of cranberry and orange, topped with a gummi orange slice and it was delicious. I want to make my own version at home (which I need to do, asap).
I can’t believe I’m already sharing holiday pictures, but the time it is a flying. I guess that’s what happens when you are old like me! December is one of my favorite times (yay holidays!) and least favorite times (boo crowds and blockout days!) but we’re for sure going to squeeze in a few more trips before the madness really ensues. There’s nothing like the holidays at Disneyland!
